I’m an American British event professional who has built a career working across events in sport, luxury, entertainment, fashion and film.
My background is operational — I have a Master’s in Operations and I’m PMP certified — but I’ve always worked closely with people too. I grew up in Arkansas with Southern hospitality, and after 15 years living and working internationally, I’ve developed a very particular perspective on how major events come together and the people who make them happen.
My work has taken me from event operations, VIP and guest experience to athlete and talent services, partnerships and special projects. I still work inside major events, while also helping event professionals navigate their careers and advising organisations on the experiences and partnerships they’re bringing to life.

I know the event industry from more than one angle
I’ve worked on the ground, managed people and guests, supported athletes and talent, delivered hospitality, navigated event operations and worked across international teams. I’ve also experienced the industry as an in-house planner, agency manager and freelancer, and I've built a career across sectors and helped other event professionals navigate theirs.
That combination shapes everything I do from the work I take on to the conversations I have about where this industry is going.
